Samuel Estreicher is the Dwight D. Opperman Professor of Law at NYU, where he also directs the university’s Center for Labor and Employment and co-directs the Dwight D. Opperman Institute of Judicial Administration. He has published several books and authored over 100 articles in professional and academic journals. A former clerk to Justice Lewis F. Powell, Jr., Estreicher is of counsel to Jones Day in its labor and employment and appellate practice groups. Estreicher’s appellate practice includes victory in the Supreme Court in the Circuit City v. Adams litigation, broadening the availability of employment arbitration. Estreicher is a graduate of Columbia College and Columbia Law School.
Donald B. Ayer is an adjunct professor at NYU Law School and a partner at Jones Day in Washington, DC. A former Deputy Attorney General of the United States and Principal Deputy Solicitor General, as well as a former law clerk to Justice William H. Rehnquist, Ayer chairs Jones Day's government regulation practice. He has argued 18 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as numerous appeals before state and federal appellate courts. Ayer is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Law School.
Meir Feder is an adjunct professor at NYU Law School and a partner at Jones Day in New York, NY. A former Deputy Chief of Appeals in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and former law clerk to Justice David H. Souter, Feder heads up the issues and appeals practice in Jones Day's New York Office. He has argued appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and in six federal circuits. Feder is a graduate of Columbia College and Harvard Law School.
